@Scobleizer We're seeing this UI too. Just happened in the last 2 minutes. I think they're messing with some CSS or something's broken.

@Scobleizer Seems like their javascript includes aren't loading. I've seen that happen before with their CSS also.
@Scobleizer I figured that was just an ugly refresh fail - as sometimes happens - too much white space either way

@Scobleizer I just saw that Twitter UI, too. Thought it was a glitch, so I reloaded the page and it went away. Not particularly attractive.
