@ldignan trademarks are FOR CATEGORIES. The Golf one is DIFFERENT legally from the social networking one (which @loic owns).

@ldignan right. And ping.fm has a good case for market brand confusion, thanks to Apple. Legally they could sue and win.
@Scobleizer I'm not sure about the trademark but isn't it the golf equipment company that owns the PING name (Apple has to deal with them)

@charlietuna heheh. Actually I got the idea for @building43 from Google's building. But they never trademarked that. I did a search.
