@ryanwi is that a separate download from Win 7? or do I have it somewhere in Win 7 Ultimate?

@AaronKlein you bet, but beware. Or have a good backup before attempting :-). The VPC part didn't install clean for me.
@ryanwi not planning on it any time soon as the WinXP app that was acting up is working fine now...but good to know just in case
