    @Pogue I never knew about the study but it has worked for me for 13 years at sea. As a captain my sleep cycle has to be adaptable to my job.

    @Pogue Jet Lag trick seems to work; used it to adjust from West Coast to Taiwan and it seemed to help quite a bit.

    @Pogue Worked 4 me.BOS-Ireland. One week trip. About 12 hours between meals. Just didn't eat in transit.Very little jet lag on both ends.
