@markng interesting that "if you feel we should waive third party rules" line though... do they say that to all 3rd party complaints?
.@SamShepherd as I understand it, there are certain circumstances in which they will waive third party req. I don't recall what they are.
@markng to me, that email reads like they're dying for someone to come up with a good reason for them to abandon their rule
.@markng of course the PCC won't deal with third party complaints - then they'd actually have to do something. PCC are toothless & pointless
