@CarriBugbee it's so idiotic. you actually have to go to comcast.net to sign in. massive fail #UX #fail
@CarriBugbee Are you looking at comcast.com or comcast.net?
@nozzlmedia Looking at Comcast.com. User shouldn't have to distinguish between the two. It's a NO BRAINER to put SIGN IN on every page.
@CarriBugbee Roger that. User somehow has to know that .com is corporate, and .net is for Comcast users. Definitely #fail.
@CarriBugbee comcast.com > customers tab > manage my account
@ComcastMelissa Tell corp. that makes no sense. Manage my acct implies changing my email, password, etc., NOT paying my bill.
@CarriBugbee thank you for the feedback. i will share with appropriate teams. we recently merged .net & .com so everything in 1 spot.
@CarriBugbee https://www.comcast.com/Customers/Custom...
@CarriBugbee Ha. You'd think that would be pretty HUGE. Logout button 4 my credit card co., phone co. and bank hide fairly hidden too. :-
@CarriBugbee http://www.customer.comcast.com will get u to everything customer related.
@ComcastMelissa Why no sign-in button at Comcast.com? That would be LOGICAL. Can't expect customers to remember a zillion domain names.
@CarriBugbee @mikeberkley Try comcast.net not comcast.com (dif sites)
