    @euan Thanks for that link. I'm pondering the practicality long term and possible discrimination against those not using sm.

      @kcorrick @rachelclarke @euan I think that ranking is roughly correct, and customer service is the easiest ROI to justify in most cases

    @euan I've just read that. what I've always said - most SM needs to be moved out of marketing budgets and into customer service!
