@tomatom according to HBlumenthal heat quickly destroys the flavour/aromas from tomato leaves/stalk, so you should cold infuse with them.
@tomatom think it's the pizza ep. of Search for Perfection he uses them in him tomato sauce - would love to try it!
@hannahbabble Pressed the wrong button there: I can imagine the aroma more in salads, maybe an infused oil.
