    @centernetworks b/c twitter has changed policy so only mutual follows see @ replies (meaning u only see things i say to ppl we both follow)

    @centernetworks some ppl want to see Everything (used to be an option) so they put the . there so it doesn't act like a reply

    @centernetworks i think its because of the twitter spam, the period means they are not a bot or somethign like that. i didnt create this lol

    @centernetworks twitter was never able to #fixreplies which means if you are replying to someone that isn't following you they won't see it

    @centernetworks It circumvents Twitter's blocking, all your followers see it. Otherwise only addressee & ppl following you+addressee see it.

    @centernetworks adding the symbol priorto @ allows all of your followers to see the reply. Otherwise only followers of both, ever see it.
